Garlic Soup:
8 cloves of fresh garlic
2 cups of veggie broth

2 Tbls vegan bouillon

and any spices you like!
(optional: a pat of butter!)

Japanese Pancake recipe:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 
3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 
1 1/4 cups milk 
4 tablespoons unsalted butter,melted and cooled, plus more for serving 
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 large egg yolk plus 3 large egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

Veggie Wellington:
GF crust:
3 parts white rice flour- 1 part potato starch ½ part tapioca starch

2 1/2 tsp Xanthum gum
1/2 cup Vegan butter]
A little water
Wellington “Meat”
2 cup lentils cooked in veggie broth
16 oz  mushrooms
1 ½ cup white rice
2 bricks sprouted tofu
1 eggs
2 ½ cups ground walnuts
3 cloves of garlic
Rosemary,  3 Tbls nutritional yeast,  1 ½ tsp salt, Parsley, Cumin, Coriander, Liquid smoke

Spinach 

Egg  for wash

Cashew sauce
16 oz Raw whole cashews
2 Tbls nutritional yeast
3 Tbls Coconut oil
½  cup garlic broth½  cup lentil broth

Vegan Cheesecake Recipe:

Cake:                           

5 packages of 8oz of vegan cream cheese

10 Tbsp vegan egg  + 2 1/2 cup water

1 Tbsp Ener-G Egg Replacer + 1 Tbsp water

1 3/4 cups sugar

1/4 tsp salt

3 Tbsp gluten-free flour

1 tsp xanthan gum

1/4 cup coconut whipping cream

1 Tbsp lemon zest 

Crust:

1 1/2 cups Panda Puffs

1/3 cup vegan butter


Pre-heat oven to 450.  

After assembling cake and crust, cook for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 200, and cook for  1 hour 25 minutes. 

Cake should be solid 2 inches in , but wiggly in the middle.

Turn off heat and let rest (and cool slowly) in oven for 30 min. Then take out and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

SPUD TIME:

 Fried Potatoes

     2 potatoes

     1 onion

     salt

     black pepper

     butter


  Cut the potatoes into cubes

  Then dice the onions

  Put a chunk  of butter into the pan and melt it

  Add the potatoes and onion and cook covered for 4 minutes

  Uncover and add salt, pepper and any other spices you like

  Stir, Cover and cook for another few minutes- until potatoes are tender.

* You can add in eggs to the potatoes and make a egg potato scramble!

Tofu 3 ways

Tofu Steaks as much as you want of: 

​Some vegetable oil 

Tamari sauce or regular soy sauce 

Garlic powder 

Parsley

​(optional)  Liquid Smoke

Sesame Peanut Butter Tofu:

​1/2 cup peanut butter

​Your preferred amount of Ginger

3 Tbs Tamari sauce or regular soy sauce

1 Tbs Rice Vinegar

1/2 cup water

3 Tbs ​Toasted sesame oil

​Your preferred amount of Sesame Seeds 

Fried Tofu:

2 eggs for egg wash

Desired amount of Kikkoman GF breadcrumbs​

Corn Starch in a 3-4 ratio of breadcrumbs to corn starch

​Garlic

Powdered mustard

Black Pepper

Oregano

Nutritional yeast

Any other desired spices​

Smoothie recipes

Jazz's smoothie:

​1/2 Tbs Nuttella

1/2 Tbs peanut butter

1 scoop of Green Superfood powder

1/2 frozen banana

1/3 cup frozen blueberries

1/4 cup frozen mixed berries

​3/4 cups soy milk

optional - a drizzle of honey (not in video)

Michelle's smoothie:

1 cup ice

1/4 banana

1 scoop Protein powder

1 Tbs almond butter

1 cup soy milk

Squeeze of honey or agave to taste

Tiramisu smoothie:

This recipe was doubled in our video

1 cup vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup mascarpone

1 Tbs heavy cream

1 ladyfinger

1 tsp instant coffee dissolved in 1Tbs boiling water

Cocoa powder or Espresso powder for dusting
